Korea Institute of Halal Industry is as a specialized researh institute established in Mar. 2013. 

It tries to provide research, consulting, and eduction related to Halall industry which is recently issued. 

With the rapid growth of the world's Muslim population and the economic growth of Muslim countries, 

the size of the Halal market is expanding to about $ 2 trillion, and the rate of its increase is also very fast.
